Glass Gathering welcomes all artists working in cold, warm, and hot glass mediums. Please attend one of our meetings and enjoy the company of glass artists who appreciate exploring the creative process. We are looking for new members to join our organization and share their expertise, benefit from ours, enjoy the field trips to exciting places, and increase their knowledge as we all learn something new together.
We meet on the second Saturday of each month at Harmony Stained Glass, located at 3512 Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena, Texas. Meetings start at 9:00 am. Click here to see our current schedule.
Our group is made up of local glass artists who are excited about working with this amazing medium to create finished products from the very simple to the very impressive. You will be exposed to techniques in Stained Glass, Fused Glass, Glass Mosaics, Sand Blasting, Kiln Forming, Glass Painting, Blown Glass and many others.
The objectives of the Glass Gathering are:
1. To function as a recognized organization of distinction and to conduct its affairs in a manner that will reflect credit upon its image and its craft.
2. To maintain the highest possible standards for excellence in craftsmanship, integrity, and business practices.
3. To provide facilities offering active membership, participation, extensive craft training, organizational and craft related information and trade consulting.
