Rules and Guidelines *

1. Deadline for submission of entry information is Sunday, September 7, 2025. A maximum of three entries may be submitted. 2. All artwork must be delivered on Thursday, September 11, 2025 to Harmony Stained Glass between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and remain on display through the reception on Saturday, September 13, 2025. 3. All artwork must be picked up and removed from Harmony Stained Glass at the end of the reception unless arrangements are made beforehand. 4. All artwork must be delivered ready to display, including all necessary hangers, chain (minimum of 4 feet), stands, supports, etc. required for proper exhibition. Properly identify all display equipment. 5. Artwork judging will be performed by the judge for all awards except People's Choice. Cash awards are made for Best in Show, Technical Merit, People's Choice, and First Place in each category. Artwork that has previously won an award in a Glass Gathering Art Show is not eligible for entry. Results will be announced at the reception. 6. Glass Gathering reserves the right to exclude artworks containing lewd, sexual, violent or political content at its discretion. 7. Artwork may be exhibited as available for sale. All sales negotiations, receipt of payment, and payment of sales tax are the responsibility of the artist.

Release of Liability *

I do hereby release the organizations Harmony Stained Glass and Glass Gathering, and any and all of their members or employees from any liability resulting from my participation in the Glass Gathering Art Show (GGAS) 2025. I understand that every effort will be made to ensure the safety and proper handling of my artwork, but Harmony Stained Glass and Glass Gathering are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any participating artwork, and do not provide insurance on artworks.
