Whether celebrating shamed celebrities (The Black Ball) or runaway brides (The Ball n’ Chain) or spaced invaders (The Space Ball) or Willy Wonka (The Gum Ball), Fresh Arts’ creative fundraisers never fail to “wow” our guests!
Most importantly, the annual gala is Fresh Arts’ biggest fundraiser each year, raising between 15-20% of the organization’s revenue. These funds make it possible for Fresh Arts to fulfill its mission of strengthening the sustainability and vibrancy of Houston’s arts sector by bolstering the capacity and professional practice of artists and arts organizations and enhancing the public’s engagement with the arts.
