The Art League of Fort Bend - A HeArt of Giving

This one year anniversary celebration takes place at the Fort Bend Art Center in Rosenberg. The morning kicks off with a chocolate walk ( details to follow) and ends at the Fort Bend Art Center. The Art League is partnering with Attack Poverty and collecting crayons at the door to donate to the after school program. In addition, they are hoping to collect 62 pieces of art (the ALFB is 62 years old) that will be displayed for sale at the gala, proceeds go to Attack Poverty.

The Art League of Fort Bend is a 501(c)3 organization founded in 1957 to create a community place for all artists to create, study and exhibit their art, and to stimulate interest and appreciation of the achievements of local artists. Membership is open to the beginner, professional, and art enthusiasts. The League  encompasses all visual art mediums - painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, digital art, sculpture and studio fine crafts - bringing art to the greater Fort Bend area with outstanding exhibitions, world-class instruction and dedicated community outreach. The League’s workshops and classroom space is nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Rosenberg, Texas.
