Glass Gathering's November monthly meeting:

Field Trip to the studio of artist Robert Straight in Bellaire.

Robert Straight developed a thriving career creating jewelry for the niche market of scuba enthusiasts before returning to school and earning his BFA and MFA, and works now in glass.  We are looking forward to visiting his studio to view his work in warm and hot glass and learn about his path and processes while creating art.
